Same here, only affects my community items, not those from other games.

Yes it affects only Steam inventory items (cards, emoticons, backgrounds), other inventoryes like Rust, Dota 2, CS2 can be opened without any problem

Yep, it seems the issue started yesterday.

Steam usually runs regular maintenance routines on Tuesdays. It seems they ended up getting an unexpected issue. :(

There are a few resolution steps that work for most people:

Make sure Steam is running the most recent version, and restart Steam.
Delete the web browser data (there is a button for this in the Steam client, under Settings (Preferences for Mac) > In Game.
For Windows, if the above didn't help, disable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (in Steam, under Settings, then Interface).
Restart Steam after any of the above.

It turns out this problem is at least 5 days old... Today I decided to sell a skin to buy another skin and I can't scroll through the inventory past page 4, and when searching by name an error immediately appears... And apparently no one is going to fix it...

yep, inventory problem appeared today at morning and still is.. All day cant sell anything, can see only 1 page of items

Almost after every maintenence there is a problem...

Ive had this issue for about 2 weeks now. I can see my inventory, but when I goto badges and try to sell I get "Inventory unavailable" I tried contacting support and they didnt help at all. They just said check it everyday till its fixed basically.
