havent gotten it to launch since the update

it launches fine, but my fps is capped at 60. i've tried turning on v-sync, turning OFF v-sync, setting the fps limit above 60 and even set the frame limit to 30, and it's STILL capped at 60 fps. it's getting really annoying because i own a 165hz monitor, and i'm used to playing fps games at high refresh rates. seriously, ever since i downloaded and played this game, i've been missing very basic shots that i know i should've gotten.
