On my main PC the problem has not been solved, but I found a way to get around the obstacle and to fly however...
I simply load the flight plan in developer mode (it works here!) and then I go back to normal mode and everything is done.
I still don't understand, however, why the hell, following the normal procedure I can't no more fly through the World Map.
I hope that with some future update everything will be OK.
I repeat, however, that on the second PC everything has always worked OK.
Computer oddities...
You either delete that file OR Uninstall the full NVIDIA APP (rather than deleting the Folder C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\NGX\models) OR... just use the Optimisation for MSFS 2020 by Program specifically in that NVIDIA APP and can also use PRESET K along with DX12 Beta set ingame. It should replace the ingame DLSS file with the latest for your card which is version 310.2.1 also known as DLSS 4.
