How to do the new Reaper mission on Devil's Roar?

There is a commendation that requires 10 missions to be done there, however there is no way to select that region as a starting point (as there is for other companies).

Trying to activate the mission there almost always gives me Kraken's Fall or Devil's Ridge (which are respectively in The Wilds and Ancient Isles regions) and never on any island in the Devil's Roar.
